O Opinião que foi ao ar no dia 30 de março de 1988 aborda o ensino em entrevista com José Pereira de Oliveira, então delegado do MEC.

O programa Opinião de 30 de março de 1988 falou sobre o ensino no Brasil. José Pereira de Oliveira, que à época era delegado do MEC, concedeu entrevista no estúdio da rádio.

Na ocasião foram abordados temas como a universidade pública e gratuita, o vestibular e a mensalidade das escolas privadas.

O programa teve locução e produção de Fred Miranda, técnica de áudio de Assis Lima e Everardo de Souza.
